Expert assistance from the M2 Customer Support Center is just a phone call away. Our team of industry and technology experts are dedicated to providing you with fast, responsive telephone support, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (E.T.). After hours support is also available.
Send technical questions and backup documentation to the Customer Support Center via fax or email. Alternatively you can access M2’s voice mail service and a Customer Support Representative will respond with the information you need.
M2 accepts all calls, technical or operational, for our Hosted clients. We have instant access to your application and database and solve problems or anomalies almost immediately.
